• Conduct initial assessments with clients virtually while employing specialized teletherapy software to ensure a seamless intake process.
• Facilitate ongoing one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, ensuring that methods are adapted for the digital setting.
• Collaborate with colleagues during regular teleconferences to discuss patient progress, develop treatment plans, and share insights to enhance patient outcomes.
• Engage in continuous education and training opportunities focused on the latest best practices in telehealth counseling to optimize therapeutic delivery.
• Participate actively in the enhancement of program initiatives while oscillating to comply with all regulatory standards governing telemedicine.

Your work will primarily focus on clients seeking support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Each client has unique needs; thus, you will tailor your therapeutic approach to align with their individual circumstances and goals. The diversity of your client base means that you will engage with individuals from various cultural backgrounds and life experiences, enriching your practice and therapeutic range.

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active license for providing psychotherapy within California (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience working with clients facing emotional and psychological challenges is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential, particularly in engaging clients through virtual platforms like Zoom or Skype.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, reflecting your experience and qualifications along with opportunities for performance-based incentives.
