Work Environment

This remote position provides the flexibility and work-life balance needed for todayโ€™s mental health professionals. You will work from the comfort of your home while maintaining regular interaction with colleagues through virtual meetings and collaborative platforms. Your regular hours will be from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing you to manage therapy sessions and administrative tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

  • Conduct assessments to understand client needs and establish treatment goals.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, focusing on cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
  • Utilize clinical judgment to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clientsโ€™ goals and track their progress.

Qualifications
