This remote position provides the flexibility and work-life balance needed for today’s mental health professionals. You will work from the comfort of your home while maintaining regular interaction with colleagues through virtual meetings and collaborative platforms. Your regular hours will be from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing you to manage therapy sessions and administrative tasks efficiently. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct assessments to understand client needs and establish treatment goals.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, focusing on cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Utilize clinical judgment to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and track their progress.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust approaches as necessary based on client feedback and progress.
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation for all client interactions and treatment sessions in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage with the community by participating in outreach events and representing the clinic to promote mental health awareness.

Your role will involve supporting a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By applying your expertise, you will help these individuals navigate their emotional landscapes and develop coping strategies that foster resilience and personal growth.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• An independent licensure such as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, demonstrating your qualifications as a mental health provider.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, showcasing your skill in providing effective therapy.

While not mandatory, experience with crisis intervention, substance abuse counseling, or trauma-informed care will be considered an asset. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic record management systems will facilitate smoother client interactions and documentation processes.
