Join a growing team dedicated to delivering high-quality landscaping and snow removal services across New England As a Landscape Market Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing operations within your assigned territory, ensuring that all client sites receive exceptional service that meets company standards. This remote position offers the opportunity to work independently, manage a variety of projects, and make a direct impact on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of landscaping and snow removal operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee service delivery at local customer sites within the assigned market to ensure all work meets scope and quality standards.
  • Hire, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors or self-perform crews for landscaping and snow removal projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and provide quality control feedback.
  • Prepare estimates for new and existing projects as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records using internal trackers and work order systems.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, crews, and internal teams to address issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Adapt quickly to changing conditions and resolve operational challenges as they arise.
  • Travel regularly within the market area (approximately 80% field work, 20% remote/home-based), with occasional overnight stays as required.

Qualifications
