is expanding its LabWare technical team and seeking a motivated LabWare Developer Consultant. The Developer role will require implementation skills for LabWare Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to incorporate functionality from various modules such as ELN, Charge Manager, Enhanced Visual Workflows and/or Plate Manager. The ideal candidate will be a detail‐oriented team player with excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely fashion.

Also, they must be able to work remotely and independently with little to no supervision. They must be motivated self‐starter and possess the following roles, abilities, experience, and knowledge: Role and Responsibilities: Develop system in accordance with generally recognized programming standards Responsible for design, coding, unit testing, and implementation of LabWare LIMS Participate in all technical reviews and project meetings as requested Troubleshoot process failures and implement process improvements Develop prototypes for business review Collaborate with the customer's subject matter experts, application developers, business analysts, and project management to understand customer and project needs for analysis and reporting Requirements Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Science (e.g., Chemistry, Biology) desired, Information Systems or equivalent also considered 7+ years experience in LabWare v7 and v8 using LabWare Industry Template Solutions (e.g., Pharma Template, Public Health) Experience with interfacing instruments with LabWare LIMS and implementing LabWare's Electronic Lab Notebook v3 a plus Experience using a formal, software development lifecycle methodology Excellent analytical, problem‐solving, and conceptual skills and the ability to take an innovative approach to business problems Strong interpersonal skills with focus on teamwork, sharing knowledge and expertise as it relates to the role Benefits of Joining CSols Inc.: Be part of a Top Workplace in Delaware, recognized for its strong culture and values.
