We’re looking for a driven, high-impact High‐Volume Recruiter to join our team for an exciting seasonal hiring initiative.

This role is ideal for a fast‐paced recruiter who thrives on volume, metrics, and creating a great candidate experience from first contact to day one.

In this role, you will manage a large pipeline of candidates, moving quickly from sourcing through job starts while ensuring quality, compliance, and engagement at every step.

What You’ll Do

  • Source, screen, recruit, and interview candidates at high volume, primarily for healthcare contact center roles
  • Maintain frequent, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Ensure candidates meet role requirements and demonstrate strong interest and commitment
  • Coordinate and facilitate job starts efficiently and accurately
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly interview and hiring metrics
  • Represent and reinforce company culture, values, and policies in every interaction
  • Focus on candidate engagement and experience across all recruiting activities
  • Accurately track and maintain candidate and employee information in recruiting systems
