Job description

LeadVenture is looking for a remote Territory Manager to support our Net Driven brand! This is a true hunter role. In this role, you'll work directly with independent automotive tire shops, providing tailored digital marketing solutions that help them grow and manage their business more effectively. Your core focus will be identifying the gaps and pain points in a dealer's current website solution and guiding them toward the right product to fill those needs — with your main objective being to help them adopt a new website through our company. You'll take ownership of prospecting, outreach, and sales growth — playing a key role in driving success for both our clients and our team.
You'll be assigned a dedicated territory and will build long-term relationships with dealers within it over time. This is a relationship-driven sales role, not a "dial for dollars" position — success comes from consistently engaging a defined set of accounts and earning trust within your territory, rather than working through an endless, ever-refreshing list of new prospects.
Here is more of what you'll get to do:

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events and tradeshows.
• Evaluate a dealer's current website and online presence to identify gaps and pain points, then guide them toward the right solution to address those needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying their digital marketing needs and presenting solutions.
• Conduct consultations and demos with clients to understand their business goals and objectives and how our products and services can help them achieve those goals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

You will thrive in this role if you have:

• At least 2+ years of experience in B2B sales is recommended, with a proven track record of success.
• Experience generating new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events and tradeshows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
• A hunger for growth and knowledge.
• Willingness to travel 1–2 times per year to attend industry trade shows.

Employee Benefits & Earnings:
• Full Coverage Health Insurance
• Company 401K Match
• Top Achievers Earn Our Yearly President's Club Company-Paid Trip
Does this position sound like something you would enjoy and be successful at, but you're not sure you have the exact qualifications to be considered? While our job descriptions are an outline for the type of candidate we're looking for, it is not a checklist. We encourage you to apply!
*This role is not open to candidates located in Colorado, Connecticut, California, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington.*
