As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Pathway Counseling Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting clinical assessments and developing integrated care plans for clients based on their unique needs.
• Providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions, with a focus on evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and support services.
• Monitoring client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and ensuring timely data entry for reporting purposes.
• Participating in regular team meetings and committees to contribute to service delivery improvement initiatives.
• Offering crisis intervention and support as necessary, utilizing effective de-escalation skills.
• Engaging clients through culturally competent practices, ensuring respect for their diverse backgrounds and experiences.

You will work primarily with clients dealing with chronic mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and trauma-related disorders. Many of our clients come from under-resourced backgrounds, presenting unique challenges that require sensitivity and a tailored approach to care.

To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field.
• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.
• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies for diverse populations, alongside crisis management capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and documentation.
• Demonstrated understanding of ethical practices and professional standards in social work.

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, we also value fresh perspectives. Candidates with specific experience in working with under-served populations or familiarity with integrated care models will be prioritized. Proficiency in electronic health records and a strong understanding of confidentiality regulations are advantageous.
