Title: Diagnostic Radiologist

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Possible Remote: Yes

Employment Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire

Schedules:

  • Swing Shift (5pm-1am PST)

  • Overnight Shift (10pm-7am PST)

  • Early Swing Shift (Starting at 6am PST)

Compensation

  • Swing Shift: $650,000 - $850,000

  • Overnight Shift: $750,000 - $900,000+

  • Compensation is dependent on experience, qualifications, subspecialty expertise, and shift coverage.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist to join a high-volume, dynamic practice. This role involves interpreting a wide range of medical imaging studies and delivering accurate, timely diagnostic reports to support patient care.

The physician will work closely with referring providers and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining the highest standards of diagnostic accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. Remote work may be available depending on coverage needs.

Key Responsibilities

Imaging Interpretation

  • X-rays

  • CT scans

  • MRI studies

  • Ultrasound imaging

  • PET/CT scans

  • Nuclear medicine exams

  • Fluoroscopy studies

Reporting

  • Deliver clear, accurate diagnostic reports

  • Ensure timely turnaround times

  • Correlate imaging findings with clinical history and lab data

Image-Guided Procedures

  • CT-guided procedures

  • Ultrasound-guided procedures

  • Fluoroscopy-guided procedures

  • Mammography-guided procedures

  • Stereotactic biopsies / FNA / drainage

  • Image-guided vascular access / angiography

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Work with referring physicians and care teams

  • Support workflow efficiency and department goals

Required Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited institution

  • Completion of Diagnostic Radiology residency

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology

  • Active or eligible Nevada medical license

  • Arizona license preferred or ability to obtain

  • DEA certification (if applicable)

  • Fellowship training preferred (based on subspecialty needs)

Required Experience & Skills

  • High-volume diagnostic reading experience

  • Minimum productivity: 8 RVUs/hour

  • Strong neuroimaging skills, including:

    • CTA Head & Neck

    • MRI Brain

    • MRI Spine

  • Experience in hospital and outpatient settings

  • Ability to work independently in remote/teleradiology environments

  • Proficiency with:

    • PACS

    • RIS systems

    • Voice recognition/dictation tools

Preferred Experience

  • Prior teleradiology or hospital-based radiology experience

  • Broad multimodality imaging expertise

  • Experience with swing or overnight shifts

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
