Utilizing our Simple Practice platform, therapists will communicate with clients via secure messaging and video conferencing. • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to gain an understanding of clients’ mental health needs and concerns.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s therapeutic goals.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy in individual, couples, and family sessions, utilizing appropriate modalities for diverse client needs.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with telehealth regulations and best practices.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions to enhance therapeutic techniques and knowledge base.

The clients served by Mind Vending span various demographics, including teens, adults, and couples seeking support for a broad range of mental health and relational challenges. Therapists will engage in creating safe, judgment-free spaces for clients to explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and work towards achieving better mental health outcomes.

• Active licensure as a mental health clinician, including LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or an equivalent credential.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, or Social Work is strongly preferred.
• Strong skills in treatment planning and mental health counseling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively connect with clients and document therapeutic interventions.
• Comfort with conducting virtual appointments using video conferencing software and other telehealth tools.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in psychotherapy and counseling, specifically with teens, adults, and couples.
• Previous experience in telehealth or remote clinical settings is highly advantageous.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
