• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to collect vital information pertaining to clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available community resources.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions as well as family and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to address diverse client needs.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and actionable interventions, adapting as necessary to reflect client progress.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care for every client.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to foster community and collective healing.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as circumstances dictate, ensuring immediate support and action for clients in distress.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation adhering to ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client interactions and treatment progress are accurately recorded.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including individuals facing significant mental health struggles, such as trauma survivors, those grappling with anxiety and depression, and families seeking support. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving the quality of their lives and empowering them to navigate their mental health journeys successfully.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Licensed in the State of Washington).
• Strong foundational training in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients, families, and colleagues.

We prefer candidates with a minimum of two years’ experience working in mental health or outpatient settings, particularly in roles focused on direct patient care. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and treatment planning systems is beneficial for the efficiency of documentation and client management.
