• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and essential resources.
• Offer individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals and interventions, continually revising them based on client progress.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure all aspects of each client's care are effectively coordinated.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning to clients in acute distress, ensuring immediate support is accessible.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation per ethical and legal standards to ensure treatment continuity and compliance.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psycho-education classes, promoting community support among peers.

Your role will directly impact a diverse array of clients, including those experiencing depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues, across multiple age groups. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
