Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions tailored for individuals and groups, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address mental health issues.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, ensuring to align the therapeutic approach with the client's goals and needs.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists and psychiatric nurse practitioners, to coordinate care and share insights on patient progress.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and client interactions.

  • Engage in regular supervision and peer consultations for professional development and improved therapeutic practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work predominantly with adults facing anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing direct clinical social work services.
  • Expertise in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing effective treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
  • A firm commitment to ethical practice, social justice, and advocating for the mental health needs of all individuals.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a telehealth setup or providing remote therapy services.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating anxiety and depression, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance practice efficiency.
