• Conduct detailed virtual psychosocial assessments to evaluate the strengths and needs of clients, using established clinical frameworks and tools.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, employing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating thorough academic preparation for clinical practice.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State, allowing you to provide independent clinical services.
• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience within a clinical setting, with demonstrated competency in providing mental health services.
