• Conduct in-depth individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their personal goals and mental health objectives.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to deliver holistic and coordinated care for clients.
• Document all client interactions, treatment strategies, and progress in an electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular case consultations and professional meetings, remaining up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and best practices in mental health counseling.
