• Counsel clients via secure video chat sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to enhance their mental and emotional health.
• Guide clients in exploring their emotions and experiences, fostering self-awareness and understanding of interpersonal relationships.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that outline goals and methodologies based on your clinical judgment and experience.
• Actively monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.

At Humanist Self Psychotherapy, PC, our clients are predominantly prescreened individuals with stable mental health conditions and low acuity needs. This allows for effective therapeutic engagement without the complications associated with higher acuity situations. By focusing on low-acuity clients, you will have the opportunity to apply preventative and remedial measures to promote long-term psychological resilience and well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An independent state-issued license such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to client welfare are essential.
• Proficiency in using technology for client management and telehealth services.

• Prior experience providing telehealth services is advantageous, particularly in a remote counseling capacity.
• Experience in individualized care planning and with diverse client demographics.
• Knowledge of effective therapeutic modalities and a passionate commitment to client empowerment.

Humanist Self Psychotherapy, PC offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, dependent on hours worked. Full-time counselors will also benefit from a monthly healthcare stipend to support their personal well-being. Payments are made weekly via direct deposit, ensuring you have consistent access to your earnings.
