Guides students through tracing blood flow pathways, analyzing electrocardiograms, interpreting hormonal feedback loops, and predicting disease impacts on organ systems. Emphasizes clinical relevance and connects anatomy and physiology to diagnostic imaging, surgical procedures, and patient care applications.
  • Curriculum Awareness & Adaptive Instruction: Familiar with anatomy and physiology curricula and common challenges such as memorizing anatomical terminology, understanding action potential propagation, and integrating multiple organ system interactions. Adapts instruction using anatomical models, labeling exercises, and clinical case studies to support nursing students, pre-medical students, and allied health professionals at introductory through advanced levels.
  • Effective Teaching Methods: Ability to identify concepts students commonly struggle with, explain material using multiple approaches, and adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs and styles.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and student needs.
