Role : Junior-Mid Level Web Developer
Location: Los Angeles, CA (remote)
Duration: 12 Month (Possible Extension)
Background:
Our environment includes.NET 8, Blazor/MudBazor, TypeScript-based applications, API integrations, legacy modernization efforts, and WordPress-related work. We are looking for adaptable developers who are comfortable working across multiple platforms and technologies.
Objective:
The objective of this engagement is to provide technical services to support the modernization, enhancement, and ongoing development of Accessible Housing Program (ACHP) web-based systems. Specifically, the Contractor shall:

  • Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards, including WAG 2.1 nd applicable ADA/Section 508 requirements
  • Modernize legacy.NET applications to NET 8 and current architectural standards
  • Implement scalable, maintainable, and secure application architecture patterns
  • Design and support cross-platform system integrations
  • Develop and enhance application features across frontend and backend layers
  • Improve authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation using industry standards
  • Enhance, maintain, and support WordPress-based websites and related integrations
Minimum Qualifications (Requirements):
  • Minimum two (2) years of professional web application development experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing applications using C# and modern NET (Core or later)
  • Experience building or consuming RESTful APis
  • Expenence with modern JavaSenpt and/or TypeScript
  • Experience with at least one component-based frontend framework (Blazor, React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Working knowledge of relational databases and ability to write basic to intermediate SQL queries
  • Experience using version control systems such as Git
Preferred qualifications include:
  • Experience with Blazor or MudBlazor
  • Experience with PostgreSQL
  • Familiarity with authentication concepts (JWT/OIDC)
  • Exposure to multi-system integration environments
  • Familiarity with web accessibility principles and responsive design best practices

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain application features across frontend and backend layers
  • Build Ul components using Blazor/MudBlazor or comparable frameworks
  • Implement and consume REST APIs
  • Support database integration and data access logic
  • Assist in modernization and refactoring efforts
  • Contribute to WordPress integration/customization
  • Participate in code reviews and adhere to established architectural standards
  • Implement accessibility-compliant components in accordance with WAG 2.1 nd Section 508 standards, and participate in accessibility audits and remediation efforts as directed.
