Job description

i360technologies is seeking Systems & Data Analysts (also referred to as Financial Systems Analyst or ERP Business Analyst) to assess financial systems, feeder systems, and data flows for a Federal Government Agency on its Financial Technology Optimization and Alignment (FTOA) program.

This role is ideal for a systems-oriented analyst with ERP or federal financial systems experience who is comfortable documenting technical detail — interfaces, data flows, and cost baselines — rather than leading strategy or delivering training. Day to day, this person will assess current systems, build system inventories, and calculate Total Cost of Ownership for applications, working alongside the Program Manager and fellow analysts. The position is remote/contractor-facility based with no on-site requirement, though occasional government facility access may be needed.

What You Will Do
  • Support current-state assessment of financial systems, feeder systems (procurement, travel, payroll, asset, grants), interfaces, and data flows
  • Contribute to system inventory documentation and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) baselining for agency applications
  • Document manual processes, workarounds, pain points, risks, and audit findings related to systems and reporting
  • Support future-state design recommendations tied to modernization and automation opportunities
  • Provide technical/systems input into Analyses of Alternatives for proposed solutions
  • Coordinate with IT/technical teams on interface specifications and data flow documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to read and interpret financial systems documentation, interface specifications, and data flow diagrams
  • Experience assessing or documenting ERP/financial systems (Oracle EBS or similar)
  • Strong written communication skills for technical documentation
  • Demonstrated analytical skills for Total Cost of Ownership baselining or systems inventory work
  • Experience with federal financial systems modernization efforts
Preferred Experience
  • Direct Oracle EBS or comparable federal financial ERP experience
  • Familiarity with feeder systems: procurement, travel, payroll, asset management, grants
What Success Looks Like
  • Hands-on experience operating under FISMA or FITARA in a systems modernization context — able to describe how the framework shaped a project, not just familiarity with the name
  • System inventory and Total Cost of Ownership baseline deliverables accepted with at least 95% accuracy and completeness
  • Current State Assessment findings clearly support modernization/consolidation recommendations
Security & Eligibility Requirements
  • Must be able to pass a federal background check
  • Public Trust/Suitability determination
  • S. Citizenship required (no visa sponsorship available)
Benefits
  • Referral Bonus
  • (401k) Matching
  • Holidays – Eleven
  • Technology Reimbursement
  • Short-Term & Long-Term Disability
  • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
  • Paid Time Off (0-3 years - 15 Days PTO | 3+ years 20 Days)
  • 80% Employer Paid Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)

Benefit eligibility and coverage are subject to applicable plan terms and company policies.
