• Provide counseling to students facing a range of life challenges such as family issues, grief, bullying, and other mental health concerns.
• Work closely with teachers and school administrators to create an inclusive environment where students feel supported and empowered.
• Advocate for students, ensuring that they have access to the necessary resources, services, and accommodations within the educational setting.
• Regularly review and monitor students' progress and adjust interventions as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with all privacy and ethical guidelines.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
