What You'll Do
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking
Build and manage your own pipeline from first contact through close
Conduct client meetings (both virtual and in-person) to understand needs and present solutions
Get in front of decision makerstravel locally to meet prospects and clients as needed
Follow up consistently and persistentlymost deals are won through discipline, not luck

What We're Looking For
Recent graduate or early-career professional (03 years experience)

Compensation & Growth
Base Salary: $75,000
Commission: Uncapped and designed to reward performancethe more you produce, the more you earn
Structure: Progressive commission model where earnings increase as production grows
Philosophy: Top performers should significantly out-earn their base salary
Commission is earned once performance reaches established revenue thresholds, with higher levels of production unlocking increased commission rates.
