Job description

This position can be remote, or a hybrid role if you are located where we have offices in either Virginia, North Carolina, Florida or Colorado. No recruiting or management experience is required.


About Us

National Renewables is a residential solar and home efficiency company. Founded in 2014, we have continued to expand across the Southeast. We work alongside utility companies and local government to facilitate net metering and home efficiency programs in response to the increasing demand for power.

We conduct home energy evaluations and show qualified homeowners the options available specifically to them. Our goal is to support customers in improving their financial position and enhancing their overall relationship with their electricity usage. We specialize in residential solar and home efficiency improvements, including LED lighting, smart thermostats, and attic restoration.


Responsibilities 

This position is responsible for managing the recruiting department of our company. Managing company recruiting platforms, conducting interviews and working closely with our leadership team to ensure each office is staffed correctly. This individual will be responsible for the growth of the company and assisting in opening new offices.


Compensation

Base Salary + Commission:

  • Base salary starting in the range of $60,000 - $100,000 + commission. Salary is negotiable.
  • Further promotion opportunities available aligning with growth of the company
  • Full benefits available
  • Training period is 4 week
