Who You Are

You are a senior-level Java engineer who thrives in complex, distributed systems. You take ownership of production services, make thoughtful technical decisions, and collaborate well across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams. You value quality, scalability, and reliability.


What Youโ€™ll Do

โ€ข Design and develop scalable, low-latency Java applications

โ€ข Build and evolve cloud-native microservices deployed on Apache Tomcat

โ€ข Improve system reliability, performance, and scalability across distributed systems

โ€ข Design and optimize REST APIs, background jobs, and asynchronous workflows

โ€ข Leverage AWS-native services including ECS or EKS, EC2, ALB, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, SNS, and CloudWatch

โ€ข Implement containerized deployments using Docker and infrastructure-as-code practices

โ€ข Partner with architecture, product, and DevOps teams to improve CI/CD and observability

โ€ข Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making

โ€ข Ensure systems meet security, compliance, and availability requirements

โ€ข Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues

โ€ข Apply best practices such as SOLID, DRY, and established design patterns
