What is a remote Java developer at a startup?

A Remote Java Developer at a startup is a software engineer who specializes in using the Java programming language to build and maintain applications, while working from a location outside the traditional office environment. In a startup setting, these developers often work on a wide range of tasks, from backend development to integrating new technologies, due to the fast-paced and dynamic nature of startups. Remote Java Developers collaborate with team members through online tools and are expected to be self-motivated, flexible, and able to handle multiple responsibilities.
