Job Description –FircoSoft Developer

Buy Rate - $70/hr

Location : Charlotte (preferred) but any US location should be fine
Work Type : Onsite/Hybrid/remote
Role: FircoSoft Developer with hands-on experience in Fircosoft version v6.12.x - MANDATORY
Experience: 6–12 Years
Domain: Banking / Financial Crime Compliance / AML & Sanctions Screening
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, configure, and support FircoSoft Trust, Continuity, and screening solutions for AML, sanctions, and name screening initiatives.
  • Implement and maintain FircoSoft configurations, formats, profiles, rules, and workflows.
  • Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL code, database objects, and shell scripts supporting FircoSoft applications.
  • Analyze and tune screening alerts, false positives, and matching rules to improve screening effectiveness.
  • Integrate customer, transaction, and watchlist data feeds with FircoSoft screening platforms.
  • Support production releases, deployments, incident resolution, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Business, and Technology teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Prepare technical design documents, test cases, and deployment documentation.
Required Skills
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with FircoSoft Trust, Continuity, or related FircoSoft products. Fircosoft version v6.12.x and later
  • Strong experience in SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers, and Shell Scripting.
  • Experience with sanctions screening, watchlist screening, AML/KYC, PEP, adverse media, and World-Check integrations.
  • Good understanding of FircoSoft alert tuning, configuration management, and screening workflows.
  • Experience with Unix/Linux environments and deployment tools such as Git and Jenkins.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Exposure to AWS, Hadoop, Databricks, Impala, or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience working with global banking clients and compliance transformation programs.
