We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us design and deliver CX solutions that provide our clients with a beautiful customer journey that achieves results. Responsibilities
  • Develop and run an AWS environment for self-service web applications
  • Validate and deploy software releases for large multi-locale IVR applications
  • Write and execute SQL to make configuration changes to applications
  • Use Jenkins and Groovy scripting to collate and stage release files
  • Use Unix commands to troubleshoot system and network behavior

Requirements
In addition to excellent communication and client interaction skills you should have experience with:
  • Amazon CloudWatch, EC2, Elastic Load Balancing and CodePipeline
  • Operations administration with Linux, MacOS, and Windows
  • Networking concepts and troubleshooting
  • Code repository and change management systems

Desired Experience
  • GitLab, Jenkins, Groovy and Tomcat
