Position : IT Systems Management Analyst
Location : Remote (100%)
 
Citrix experience is a must
  • Incident Management / Problem Management (ITIL, ITSM frameworks)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience in systems management or infrastructure engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • VMware environments
  • Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (2203 or newer)
  • Citrix NetScaler and PVS
  • Red Hat Linux (RHEL 8/9) troubleshooting and lifecycle management
  • LVM and SAN/NAS storage management
  • Data Center design, build, and physical hardware management (rack & stack, cabling)
  • Shell scripting for automation and snapshot management
