Job description:

Seeking an IT Help Desk/Desktop Support Technician with experience providing technical support for hardware, software, printers, Active Directory, iOS devices, video conferencing, networking, and remote support. The role focuses on troubleshooting end-user issues, managing service tickets, supporting enterprise applications, and delivering excellent customer service in a high-volume call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 IT Help Desk support and handle up to 30 support calls per day.
  • Troubleshoot and administer printers, print servers, and print queues.
  • Manage Active Directory users, password resets, account unlocks, and OU navigation.
  • Configure, deploy, troubleshoot, backup, and restore iPhones and iPads.
  • Support Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco video conferencing solutions.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (VPN, Wi-Fi, LTE, internal/external networks).
  • Resolve application issues related to permissions, compatibility, browsers, and installed software.
  • Provide remote support using MSRA, RDP, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx.
  • Deploy hardware and manage incidents using ServiceNow.
  • Maintain ticket queues, assignments, and documentation while delivering excellent customer service.
