About the Role

We’re looking for a high-performing Tier 3 Project Engineer to join our elite IT Project Delivery team. This is a critical, senior-level role responsible for leading complex project implementations, solving high-level technical challenges, and mentoring project engineers for peak performance.

Success in this role means consistently delivering projects on time, within scope, and to a high technical standard, all while helping elevate the team around you. You’ll work in a structured, performance-oriented environment where initiative, accuracy, and accountability are expected and rewarded.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead Project Execution – Own project outcomes from kickoff to close. Deliver technical solutions that meet client objectives and exceed expectations.

  • Act as Top-Tier Escalation – Serve as the final escalation point for project-related technical issues. Solve what others can’t.

  • Mentor for Growth – Coach and develop junior project engineers to build a stronger, more capable team.

  • Drive Team Collaboration – Partner closely with our Project Coordinator to ensure projects are scoped, resourced, and delivered with precision.

  • Document with Discipline – Capture clear, detailed technical documentation in IT Glue to ensure consistency and repeatability.

  • Champion Process Improvement – Constantly look for ways to improve project delivery, quality, and efficiency.

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on IT project implementation experience in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Hyper-V, VMware, and modern networking technologies.
