  • Build partnerships with client stakeholders and leaders, fostering close communication and establishing tight working relationships with leadership in key accounts.
  • Strategize, implement, and maintain project outcomes to achieve client objectives.
  • Coordinate implementation of managed services to achieve client objectives.
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
  • Identify any barriers to successful project execution or issues that arise that impact the project delivery or customer experience and escalate as appropriate.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for leadership, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Track project progress against project milestones, hold resource teams accountable for assigned tasks, and communicate status updates regularly to clients.
  • Advocate for a collaborative and customer-centric project culture.
  • Ensure project dependencies are considered and scheduled.
  • Work proactively to remove any project roadblocks for the resource teams.
  • Update project management software(s) to ensure accurate reporting. Ensure updates are completed within the required timeframe for executive reporting and invoicing.
  • Ensure the minimum requirements of project communication are upheld, for example internal and external project meetings, status reports.
  • Track and follow-up on action items to improve the customer experience and minimize number of internal status meetings and/or escalations.
  • Provide weekly updates to the Manager, Client Experience on the status of projects, identifying any resource constraints or risks.
  • Provide escalation path for technical resources and other Project Managers, assisting where required to ensure a positive customer experience during projects delivered to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the Account Executive team to understand and participate in ongoing client relationships and to assist in all aspects of the sales cycle from opportunity identification through to post-sales customer experience.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
Qualifications/Expertise
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft M365 services, Azure cloud technology, and network architecture.
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager on technology projects.
  • Excellent understanding of project management techniques and methods.
  • Excellent leadership, time management, facilitation, preparedness and organizational skills.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Strong understanding of technology projects and the minimum requirements to success.
  • Strong coaching, conflict management, and decision-making skills.
Certifications (achieved, willing to work toward, or equivalent experience)
  • CompTIA Project+, PMP (or equivalent).
  • Continuing education is a must.
