THE WORK:
  • You'll attract, screen, and submit talent for current and prospective demand.
  • You'll meet required metrics that include goals for outreach, screens, interviews, and hires.
  • You'll effectively communicate and operate with Recruiting Teams to identify and attract talent demand.
  • You'll manage candidate status and notes in the Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever) and Professional Platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed)
  • You'll build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse candidates.
  • You'll monitor and track the candidate pipeline and ensure it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies
  • You'll use market-driven strategies to research, engage and pre-qualify passive talent.
  • You'll use recruitment systems appropriately and with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance to data protection legislation
  • You'll interact on a timely basis with the internal or external client stakeholders to understand specific sourcing requirements
  • You'll develop and maintain data mining approaches using advanced search techniques
  • You'll monitor candidate activity pertaining to specific sourcing projects, and communicates activity with stakeholders and recruiters on a regular basis
  • You'll be responsible for ad hoc projects to support recruiting organization

HERES WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Minimum of 4 years of sourcing experience, preferably in the construction management or capital projects industry.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven ability to multi-task with several candidates at once, scheduling initial screens while providing consistent feedback to those in process for the best overall candidate experience.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Experience sourcing candidates within the construction management, engineering and utility industries.
  • Experience working with Senior-Level Executives

$36 - $39 an hour
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
