Juarez Mental Health & Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This position will primarily focus on providing individualized and couples therapy to our clients at our Detox Center. Our Supervision and Peer Support initiatives ensure ongoing professional development and reduce feelings of isolation often experienced in remote roles.

• Deliver high-quality individual and couples therapy sessions to clients with diverse clinical needs and backgrounds.
• Utilize a billing service to manage client accounts, including claims, eligibility checks, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on therapy without administrative distractions.
• Maintain meticulous records for all client interactions and progress notes, ensuring timely and accurate documentation that meets organizational standards.
• Schedule and manage ongoing client appointments, along with maintaining an organized and updated calendar.
• Engage in regular case reviews with colleagues to discuss client progress, share insights, and enhance therapeutic approaches.

Our Detox Center focuses on assisting clients of all ages who are struggling with substance use and mental health issues. As part of your role, you will be called to work diligently with a variety of clinical presentations, addressing complex issues in an empathetic manner. Establishing meaningful therapeutic relationships is at the heart of our practice, and you will be expected to uphold this philosophy when working with clients.

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Excellent therapeutic boundaries and a strong ethical framework guiding clinical practices.
• Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing time effectively in a remote environment.
• Demonstrated cultural competency and an understanding of diverse client backgrounds and experiences.

• Previous experience in a detox or addiction recovery setting is highly valued.
• Significant training or expertise in couples therapy will be a distinct advantage.
• Willingness to expand one's therapeutic skills through continued education and professional development.
