• Conduct thorough psychological assessments of clients, using evidence-based tools to evaluate mental and emotional needs.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions and family therapy, promoting emotional resilience and facilitating open communication.

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. This client population requires not only clinical interventions but also a deep understanding of the psychological barriers to recovery. Your approach will focus on empathy, empowerment, and client engagement, promoting lasting behavioral change.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required, equipping you with the foundational knowledge necessary for clinical practice.
• Current New Jersey licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• A strong background in conducting clinical evaluations and formulating care plans is essential.
