This position is designed for a full-time therapist who will work remotely, allowing for a flexible schedule that can accommodate the varied needs of our clients. We utilize state-of-the-art technology to facilitate client communications, scheduling, and documentation, all aimed at enhancing your therapeutic efficiency.

• Conduct engaging and effective therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, focusing on their unique mental health challenges and goals.
• Assess client needs comprehensively and develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy to assist clients in achieving their goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure compliance and effective communication.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and support staff, to provide integrated care and participate in case consultations.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health therapy through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Your clientele will consist of a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Our community health clinic is dedicated to providing support for those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and family dynamics. You will play a pivotal role in empowering clients to navigate their mental health journey, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions and modalities for individuals, couples, and families.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective client interactions and documentation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all client engagements.
• Current training and certifications relevant to the practice of marriage and family therapy.

• Experience in a community health setting or similar environments that emphasize multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for managing client documentation and scheduling.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and a commitment to promoting equality and equity in mental health services.

We offer a competitive compensation package reflective of your productivity, with an annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000.
