Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of clientsโ€™ mental health needs, establishing accurate diagnoses and documenting them in compliance with company policies.
  • Create and implement personalized treatment plans that are based on each client's unique circumstances and goals, adjusting them as required through ongoing reviews and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients each week, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions to support clients in developing healthier relationships and coping strategies.
  • Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques and evidence-based interventions to engage clients and inspire them to surpass their personal goals.
  • Complete detailed documentation for each session, including treatment notes and session summaries as per our established protocols, ensuring high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with other professionals including case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff to coordinate comprehensive care for clients and families.

Your expertise will directly impact a diverse client base encompassing individuals, couples, adolescents, and families. Qualifications
