• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that encourage peer connection and shared experiences, helping clients feel less isolated in their struggles.
• Individual Counseling: Provide tailored, empathetic one-on-one therapy sessions, allowing clients to explore their thoughts and emotions deeply. Create actionable strategies and coping mechanisms that cater to their unique situations.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that align with their specific mental health needs, preferences, and recovery objectives.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to evaluate and track client progress regularly, employing feedback from both clients and team members for ongoing adjustments in treatment strategies.

Your primary focus will be on working with young adults grappling with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. By facilitating a supportive environment, you will help clients build coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and foster personal growth.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Possession of a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
• Demonstrated experience in mental health treatment, preferably with clients in both residential and outpatient settings.

• Proficient in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and thorough documentation practices.

• Hands-on experience in group therapy settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation and treatment tracking.
• Experience with community-based programs or outreach services that support mental health initiatives.

As a valued team member, you will receive an annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
