• Employ evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions to deliver effective mental health services to individuals and families, specifically addressing their diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to develop initial treatment plans and manage ongoing care effectively.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adjusting the treatment approach as necessary based on client needs and progress.
• Regularly document and maintain comprehensive records of therapy services provided, aligning with professional and facility standards to ensure compliance and quality of care.
• Manage a designated caseload, attending treatment team meetings to collaboratively coordinate services and share insights regarding patient treatment plans.
• Demonstrate a consistent, positive, and professional demeanor toward all clients and staff, working to promptly acknowledge and address any patient concerns.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in mental health care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must hold a valid and current state or national licensure as a professional therapy provider with active credentials as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Proficiency in providing services to various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults.
