    • Budgeting & Forecasting:<\/b> Coordinate the annual budgeting and planning processes, monitor performance against targets, and provide variance analysis to support strategic decision\-making.<\/span><\/span>

    • Internal Controls & Compliance:<\/b> Develop, document, and enforce strong internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance (local, state, and federal).<\/span><\/span>
