ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Sales Representative with a lot of energy that is personable and wants to help business owners succeed. In this outside sales role, w[KB1] e will train the right individual how to develop relationships based on our business model, build trust within our business partners and grow a book of business through a consultative sales approach.

Candidate will be responsible for marketing, promoting and profitably selling products and services to existing and potential customers. In addition, candidate will also manage, develop, and grow existing and prospective client relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Acquire new business accounts in your specified territory through walk-ins, networking, referrals and leads

· Engage decision makers through face-to-face outside sales visits (proper COVID-19 Precautions must be followed)

· Develop sales strategies and maintain high productivity levels

· Conduct presentation meetings with potential clients

· Represent yourself as a consultative partner by discovering and understanding customers’ business needs and providing solutions

· Provide value added services such as ordering of product, inventory management and problem solving

· Differentiate the quality of our products and services from the competition through presentations and demonstrations – Hands-on with customers

· Prospect for and acquire new businesses on a consistent basis

· Negotiate client agreements

· Work closely with our operations team to ensure deliverables of contracted sales services

Requirements

· 3 Years successful sales - experience is required

· Exceptionally well-developed oral and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

· Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and/or tasks and be detail-oriented.

· Ability to speak, read, and write in the English language

· Must bring a high level of enthusiasm, energy, and desire to be successful in sales

· Ability to connect with decision makers and build lasting relationships

· Willingness to learn and adapt to a multichannel selling approach

· Basic proficiency with digital tools and software, i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, SkillShare, CRM tools etc.

· Positive attitude

· Valid driver's license with active insurance

· Bachelor’s or better preferred
