Logistics / Admin Operations Coordinator
Full-Time | USA Hours

We are hiring a proactive, highly organised Logistics and Admin Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate orders and deliveries, support company systems, and solve problems independently.

Candidates must be available to work a full 8-hour shift, either:

8:00 AM–4:00 PM EST
or
9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, dependable, and confident managing multiple responsibilities without constant supervision.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate orders from purchase through fulfilment and delivery

  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, warehouses, shipping carriers, and internal teams

  • Track shipments, follow up on delays, and resolve delivery or logistics issues

  • Manage invoices, subscriptions, purchase orders, sales orders, and operational reports

  • Maintain accurate customer, order, inventory, and shipping information across company systems

  • Troubleshoot technical and operational problems independently

  • Create and maintain templates, forms, documentation, reports, and workflows
