ERP Business Analyst
Location: Orlando, FL (Remote)
Duration: 12 months (Possible extension )
Pay rate range: $100 -$110/hr on w2 (All inclusive)
Job description:
Applies functional knowledge to the design and customization of SAP or PeopleSoft client/server application to meet the company's requirements and systems needs. Understands content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications. Writes functional requirements, develops test plans, and works with production issues. Works with developers to ensure requirements are being met. At higher levels, serves as subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze and design warehouse and production operations processes to optimize system performance and business efficiency.
  • Lead and coordinate solution design discussions with business process owners and technical teams.
  • Configure and test S/4HANA eWM processes to support material movements, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
  • Author functional specifications for enhancements, conversions, reports, and custom developments.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate realization of functional designs and standardized technical solutions.
  • Support data conversion, integration testing, and go-live readiness activities.
  • Develop and coordinate documentation, testing procedures, and training materials for end users.
  • Utilize Jira and Focused Build for backlog management, requirement tracking, and project workflow coordination.
  • Hands-on configuration and support experience with SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (eWM)[D(1.1][HA(1.2]
  • Experience with inventory management / inventory conversions
  • Experience with SAP applications in a large enterprise environment
  • Experience authoring functional specs based on customer requirements
  • Experience working with ABAP developers to design/standardize customized functional solutions
  • Experience facilitating data driven decisions
  • Experience/Exposure to ERP[D(2.1][HA(2.2] systems or processes
  • Ability to apply functional knowledge to meet operational business needs to increase revenue and reduce cost
  • Experience supporting full cycle implementation, including Gap Analysis, Requirements gathering, Blue printing, Development, Testing, Reporting, Go-live and Post Go-live support
  • Demonstrated problem solving, analytic skills and troubleshooting skills associated with the integration of multiple IT systems
  • Effective communication and facilitation skills
