Position Summary...What you'll do...

At Walmart Inc, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Analyst to join our legal operations team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment while building valuable experience within a global organization. The ideal candidate brings strong communication abilities, sound judgment, and at least two years of relevant experience, preferably in a paralegal role or law firm setting.

Location: Onsite in Bentonville, AR

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and review a high-volume legal request inbox (approximately 400–600 emails daily)

  • Assess incoming legal documents, including liens, garnishments, lawsuits, and workers’ compensation claims

  • Accurately route requests to the appropriate legal specialists or departments

  • Communicate with stores and internal attorneys to confirm receipt and ensure timely handling of requests

  • Maintain organization and prioritization of tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and professionalism in all communications

  • Support overall efficiency and workflow of the legal operations team
