Position Summary 

AGRANA Fruit is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support all aspects of the Order-to-Cash process. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, production, planning, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service, accurate order processing, and timely communication. 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate daily with freight carriers, transportation providers, customer contacts, and internal stakeholders to schedule, monitor, and expedite shipments, proactively resolving delivery delays, capacity constraints, and other transportation service exceptions to ensure uninterrupted customer supply.
  •  Actively monitor shipment status, appointment schedules, and transportation performance for assigned customer accounts, coordinating with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and timely return of returnable assets.
  •  Demonstrate working knowledge of transportation and shipping operations, including trailer utilization, load weight restrictions, seal control procedures, appointment scheduling, and carrier service requirements to effectively coordinate freight movements and support efficient, compliant transportation execution.
  • Manage end-to-end order fulfillment activities by accurately processing customer orders, supporting all aspects of the Order-to-Cash cycle, administering customer billing processes, processing sample billings, and ensuring timely resolution of order changes while supporting On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance reporting.

  • Serve as a key customer account partner by maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, participating on assigned customer account teams, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating customer product trials, and proactively communicating updates to ensure customer needs are met.

  • Oversee inventory and supply chain coordination by monitoring and managing customer inventory levels, maintaining accurate customer master data within company systems, administering the Tote Return process, and ensuring operational data is current and actionable.

  • Support production planning and business operations through forecasting assistance, production follow-up activities, inventory visibility management, and cross-functional collaboration to help ensure efficient product availability and seamless customer order execution.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including:

    • Microsoft Excel 

    • Microsoft PowerPoint 

  • Strong data entry skills and experience working within databases. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with SAP or another Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. 

  • Previous experience supporting manufacturing, food production, or supply chain operations.
