Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM, PLM for Process, Product Development, Product Hub, change management, 
item/catalog structures, regulatory and compliance workflows, integrations, data migration, 
requirement traceability, stakeholder management, program governance, Agile/Hybrid delivery, 
RAID management, release planning, and executive reporting.
 Experience working on Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM with good knowledge of PLM for Process business capabilities 
and implementation lifecycle.
• Strong program management experience across planning, execution, governance, risk/issue management,
 dependency management, budget/timeline tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Functional understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM modules such as Product Development, 
Product Hub, change management, item/product structures, lifecycle management, and quality/compliance touchpoints.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across business, IT, Oracle/implementation partners, data migration, 
integration, testing, and change management workstreams.
• Experience managing end-to-end delivery including requirements, solution design, configuration oversight,
 integrations, testing, cutover, hypercare, and production support transition.
• Strong communication, executive reporting, escalation management, decision facilitation, and customer-facing 
leadership skills
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
Experience in process manufacturing, CPG, food & beverage, chemicals, life sciences, or regulated product 
environments.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud SCM, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Inventory, or ERP integrations with PLM.
• Understanding of data migration, item master/product master governance, BOM/formula/recipe structures, 
and regulatory documentation processes.
• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM program delivery with accountability for scope, schedule, quality, 
• risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
Drive PLM for Process implementation activities across requirements, design, 
configuration oversight, testing, cutover, hypercare, and transition to support.
• Coordinate business, IT, Oracle/implementation partner, integration, data migration, 
and validation teams to ensure aligned execution.
Manage program governance including steering committee updates, status reporting, 
RAID logs, decision registers, action tracking, and executive communications
Work with business process owners to translate product lifecycle and process PLM 
needs into actionable roadmap, milestones, and delivery plans.
Oversee solution design discussions for Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM including product data, 
lifecycle, change, compliance, and integration processes.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile/Scrum, Oracle Cloud, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar portfolio/program tracking tools.
Ensure dependency management across PLM, SCM, ERP, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, analytics, and 
downstream consuming systems.
Plan and govern testing cycle s including SIT, UAT, defect triage, business readiness, 
cutover rehearsals, and go-live readiness assessments.
Identify, escalate, and resolve program risks/issues proactively while maintaining transparent communication 
with sponsors and stakeholders.
Support change management, training coordination, adoption planning, hypercare governance, 
and continuous improvement after go-live
