Job Overview:
Pay Range: $70.00hr - $75.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:

  • 8-10 years in ERP/supply chain consulting, with 5+ years hands-on in D365 F&O SCM / AX across 3+ full lifecycle projects.
  • Experience delivering implementations involving localization, multi-warehouse operations, and Agile/onshore-offshore delivery models.
  • Proven expertise in high-volume SCM scenarios like vendor-managed inventory or advanced WMS.
  • Deep knowledge of D365 SCM configuration: release strategies, picking/packing, cycle counting, MRP, and quality management.
  • Strong process mapping skills (Visio/BPMN) for end-to-end supply chain flows and analytics via Power BI.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder workshops and documentation in multi-geography contexts.
  • Analytical problem-solver focused on OOTB configurations to minimize customizations.
  • Collaborative leader adept at global team dynamics and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the configuration and implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, including Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Production Control.
  • Conduct workshops to gather SCM requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions for procurement, inventory control, warehouse operations, transportation, and master planning integrated with F&O Finance.
  • Configure core SCM modules: Product Information Management, Purchase Orders, Inventory Journals, Warehouse Management (WMS), Quality Control, and Production Orders, optimized for automation and scalability.
  • Lead data migration for master data (items, vendors, locations) and transactional volumes using DMF, including validation for multi-site setups.
  • Set up integrations with external systems (e.g., 3PL providers, shipping carriers) and financial postings for procure-to-pay and inventory valuation compliant with US GAAP and statutory needs.
  • Drive UAT, cutover planning, user training, and hypercare, resolving SCM issues in real-time across global teams and time zones.
  • Collaborate with technical architects on extensions and contribute to pre-sales demos, RFPs, and process optimization recommendations.
  • Mentor junior consultants on best practices, release updates, and reusable SCM templates for faster implementations.
