Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, evidence-based therapy to a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities during sessions, allowing for flexibility and adaptability based on client preferences and therapy goals.
• Set collaborative goals with clients and actively monitor their progress throughout the therapeutic process.
• Document all treatment-related activities and client interactions accurately and promptly in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, addressing a broad range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients include varying age groups and backgrounds, offering you the opportunity to engage in fulfilling therapeutic relationships and to contribute significantly to their healing journeys.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the State of Texas is mandatory for independent practice.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health counseling setting, focusing on delivering direct client care.
• Experience with telehealth services is desirable, but not essential, as training will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits
