• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns and establish treatment goals.
• Craft personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and client feedback.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to the needs of each adult client.
• Engage clients in teletherapy sessions, ensuring a supportive and comfortable virtual environment.
• Respond to crisis situations swiftly, providing intervention and support to clients when needed.

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse adult clientele who may present with a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your approach will be tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring interventions that are both effective and empathetic. • Current and valid licenses as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Possess a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Demonstrate strong communication and active listening skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.
• Exhibit compassion and a non-judgmental approach in interactions with clients.
• Possess excellent organizational skills to manage caseloads efficiently in a remote environment.
• No prior history of disciplinary actions with professional licensing boards; this ensures a commitment to ethical practice.

• Experience in teletherapy or providing virtual mental health services is highly desirable, given the nature of the work.
• Background working with specific populations, including individuals with trauma or chronic mental health issues, will be beneficial.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is a plus.
