Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health conditions and specific needs.
• Design and execute tailored treatment plans that align with the goals and aspirations of each client.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients using a variety of evidence-based psychotherapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring a seamless and effective therapeutic experience.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention services as required, providing essential support to clients in acute distress.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities to stay abreast of the latest advancements and best practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves adult clients from diverse backgrounds, each presenting unique mental health challenges. The ideal licensed therapist will be adept at building rapport with clients facing various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and more. A deep understanding of cultural competence and sensitivity is essential to effectively address the unique needs of our diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills critical for building partnerships with clients.
• A compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy, with an unwavering commitment to client improvement.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance a caseload.
• No history of disciplinary actions with the relevant licensing board.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing virtual therapy and familiarity with telehealth technologies.
• A background in crisis intervention is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of clinical best practices in treating diverse mental health conditions.
• Experience utilizing electronic health record systems to document client interactions efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
