Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services tailored to meet the unique needs of a diverse clientele.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client histories and needs, enabling the creation of personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy through various modalities, such as individual counseling, couples therapy, and family sessions, responsive to client circumstances.
• Engage clients in collaborative goal-setting and monitor progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation that meets regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and upholding best practices.
• Leverage an intuitive digital platform for managing scheduling and session notes, fostering efficiency in client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a therapist, you will address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.
• Must hold a full, unrestricted license from the State Board to independently provide therapy (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD).

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually. Additional benefits include:
