Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs. This includes individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy based on specific client goals.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing validated instruments to gather pertinent information regarding clients’ mental health status, and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs.
• Provide ongoing therapy sessions that utilize various therapeutic modalities, regularly assessing progress and adjusting treatment as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Engage in collaborative goal-setting with clients, actively involving them in their treatment process and enhancing their commitment to the therapeutic journey.
• Ensure meticulous and compliant documentation of clinical interactions, adhering to regulatory standards to safeguard client confidentiality and promote effective treatment.
• Leverage an intuitive platform for efficient scheduling, client management, and streamlined communication facilitating a more effective therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work with a diverse range of clients including adults, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. The population we serve includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional disturbances. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee is mandatory to practice independently.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities and familiarity with evidence-based practices.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Beyond competitive compensation, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 to welcome you to our dynamic team.
