We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support clients through a dedicated advisor-led service model. In this role, you will assist customers by providing guidance, coordinating details, and ensuring a smooth, organized experience from start to finish.
You will work closely with assigned advisors to help manage client requests, answer questions, and provide timely updates related to planning, scheduling, and confirmations.
